What to expect
I deliver online sessions to clients from all over the U.K.
I also work face to face in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Sessions cost £60 online and £70 in person. I am currently offering a 15% discount for people working in education and healthcare.
If we decide to proceed, there is no expectation that you must commit to a set number of sessions. Most clients see the biggest changes up to the tenth session. However, you can have any number of sessions to suit your goals or budget.
Once we set a date and time, there is a commitment from both of us to meet on a weekly basis. The evidence supports once weekly sessions as the most effective interval. Other intervals are possible and can be arranged depending on your needs.
The session is client led. This means that I will not suggest an area of your life to explore, I will not offer advice about life situations, I will not ask many questions or engage in casual conversation. Most clients have something on their mind that they want to explore. However, sometimes the most productive sessions are those in which the client arrives without something pre-prepared.
